We offer NO refunds for digital products/services once they have been activated and delivered. Therefore, you may request a trial version before making a purchase.

If you believe your situation qualifies as a special circumstance, please fill out the refund request form, and we will review your case individually. If a refund is granted, your access to the service(s) will be revoked.

Please note:

• We only offer full refunds for purchases made within the last 30 days.
• Any refund requests for purchases made more than 30 days ago will be partially refunded, based on the subscription period used. Our support team will contact you in all cases regarding the refund process.
• Trial versions and accounts that have used more than half of the subscription period are not eligible for a refund.
• Processing a refund usually takes 5 to 7 business days, and we are unable to expedite this. Our payment processors handle the refund transactions. We will initiate the refund as soon as we receive the request and have verified the user’s information.
